Why teaching is so fulfulling

Why teaching is so fulfilling  Every career has its challenges and these challenges can be misunderstood.  Every job can be difficult, tedious, and can take years of practice to become good at. One of the toughest careers in the world is known to be teaching? We all went to school, high schools, and colleges. We all have been inspired by a teacher. We remember them smiling and enjoying teaching despite all the challenges that come with it.  One of the best careers for an individual makes one happy with contentment and fulfillment. The best thing about teachers is that they do love teaching despite all the challenges and hardships they face regularly. It's a difficult job and requires a lot of passion and dedication. Many movies depict that teaching is an easy job, and when we were children, we always thought teaching was an ideal job. It seemed that the work was easy to do, right?  What we do not know is that their work in the background requires continuous planning they've worked on for hours just for a 45-minute session, they don't let us know how hard they have worked on these things, so we readily assume that their job is easy.  The fulfilling part is where we can influence the new generations and mold them for a better future, in a major way setting a positive example. It is certainly not for fame or fortune, it's not because you get summers or short workdays. But different teachers cite different reasons for loving what they do. The fulfilling part is when a learner gains new insight and then becomes excited. Eyes light up, wide happy grins.  Children become excited to share their discoveries with others. This is the role that excited me to continue to teach Legal English to my adult students around the world. We have now become like a family, we all are connected through many social media mediums, and it's the best feeling when they grow as a person and professionally as a lawyer.
Legal-Ease international became a leader in Legal English because of only one reason and that is the contentment and fulfillment we get after training satisfied students that excel and grow in their fields.
